The Habit That Changed Everything

My life is so much better now

Hi Fam,

In just a few short days my wife and I will be celebrating a full year in our new home in Norway—four full seasons!

🤯 Wow!

Time truly does fly when you're having fun.

Gratefully, life looks very different today than it did when we arrived a year ago.

My wife and I have built our little love nest, a business, and a new life with new friends that we really love.

😊 In short, life is good :)

But, like most things, it hasn’t been an elevator ride to the top.

When we first arrived in Norway I was tired, stressed, and burnt out.

On top of that I was scared and insecure—ouch.

😬 Not going to lie, it sucked.

I knew I had to do something to change things around or I would drag all that negativity into my new life and home.

So, I set out my intention to the universe, and asked my higher power for help.

As usual, breadcrumbs started to appear in my life which guided me to find a habit that helped me change my life around.

☀️ A morning routine.

I developed a routine that helped me ground myself each morning and slowly shift my mindset to positivity.

A year later, I must say I’m a happy customer.

I feel better, I’m doing better, I’m thinking better, I’ve hit all the major goals I set out for myself this year, and I start every day focused and grounded—wins all around.
