The Isolation Season: Northern Lights Inside

Hi Fam,

Hope everyone is having a fantastic holiday season, and that whatever you use to fill your cup of tea pours out of it.

For me, winter in Norway is as good as it gets. This is by far my favorite season.

The snow and cotton candy sunsets fill my heart with joy.

The still darkness helps me relax, stay cozy, and look inward.

The magnificence of the northern lights remind me of the world's beauty and the ungraspable power of the great spirit.

It’s a season to look back at my goals and see what needs to be celebrated and where I need to pivot.

But this year, I’ve also entered a different kind of season.

A few weeks ago, I shared how I had taken a step back from social media in October.

While I didn’t see it clearly at the time, that was the beginning of what would become my life's fourth isolation season.
