Why I Left

Hi Fam,

Back in the day, I wasn’t even remotely close to being who I am today.

Lots has changed—night and day.

Because I wasn’t as disciplined and motivated, I had n​​o choices and that wasn't easy.

I didn’t have to make difficult life decisions or worry about how they could impact others.

All I had was one road if I was lucky enough to walk it.

But not anymore.

Seven years of dedication and work have opened a world of possibilities for me.

🌟 Now, this is a problem I’m actually grateful for having.

Having choices can be daunting, but it also allows me to live a life beyond my wildest dreams.

As autumn falls upon us, the reminder of renewal and change knocks once again on my door.

That’s part of why I haven’t been around for the past two weeks.

I’ve been diving deep within asking myself really important questions.

It has been one year since we moved to Norway, changed careers, and gave our lives a 360-degree spin.

🤔How does that make me feel?

🤔What was good?

🤔Where did I succeed?

🤔Where did I fail?

🤔What needs improvement?

Every choice we make needs time to develop, to really show its colors.

Now, I’m pretty satisfied with the results of my choices, but I can’t help but wonder what other possibilities are available to me.

It was only natural that I needed to disconnect to listen to the tune of my inner voice.

It will be a process, but hopefully, by winter I will have my head in the right place.
